I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Reliance Digital, for their failure to provide services I have already paid for, causing severe emotional distress and health issues due to immense heat and for my ailing mother at home.
Details of the Complaint:
1. Voltas AC not working, service Delay ,my AC is still under warranty.
2.On 30th Sept 2025, I had purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton 5star AC from Reliance Digital.
3. AC is not functional since 08 days, I have followed up numerous times but have received no response. The AC is still not functional.
4.Despite my emails and phone calls, no action has been taken by Reliance Digital.
5.Lack of Customer Support:
• I have sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls to Reliance Digital to resolve these issues.
