I purchased a LG TV alongwith insurance for 2 year from
R04075TC82 Reliance Digital TC82 Omaxe Mall Ground Floor Shop No 2930, Noida (Seller) at the total cost of Rs.61,000/- in October 2023. The display panel of purchased TV became defective within insurance period and estimated cost of repair given by LG is Rs.39,000/- which is as per request/complaint made by Seller itself. Later, the Seller offered a lump sum amount of Rs.32,000/- since the repairing cost is very high which I requested to upgrade it reasonably since the LG TV cost me Rs.61,000/- in 2023. However, now company is telephonically requesting to allow pick up of defective unit to get it repaired. I telephonically as well as through email alowed with condition to ensure that the defective unit must be get repaired and with original LG display and it must be replaced by authorised LG Electronics. Further, any damage caused during pickup and redelivery after repair will be sole responsibility of Reliance Digital. Now, it has been passed a month period but neither the TV has been repaired nor any reasonable settlement amount has been offered by the seller. It is absolutely harrassment and an unfair market practice to deal with a genuine buyer in such a unexpectable way. I, through this communication, once again request seller ie. Reliance Gigital to avoid harrassing a consumer and keep in mind the consumer rights since this may spoil image of the company and effect its business as well.​
