At the time of booking, I was informed by the dealership that my bike would be delivered within 45 days. However, more than 60 days have now passed, and the bike has still not been delivered.
I am also receiving conflicting information regarding the current status of my bike. Your customer support team has informed me that the bike is “in transit,” whereas the dealership sales executive has clearly stated that the bike is still at the factory and has not yet been dispatched.
