Dear consumer court ,
in 2025 august i purchased suzuki access 125 scooty they provide 1 year company insurance and 4 years 3rd party insurance , now in 2026 august company insurance has expired they are not informed me for renewal . Now 2026 october my scooty was damaged due to accident . now i went to suzuki showroom they told me 3rd part insurance has not claim . i told them i have 3rd party insurance . they told me 3rd party insurance has claim only opposite side damaged vehicle. in scooty purchasing time they are not explained this type of thing and also they told i am not paid any amount for 3rd party insurance . but i paid 2300 rupees through phone pe .
