I ordered a rear muffler for the i10 2012 from Boodmo on 30/01/2026 3.22 pm. On 02/02/2026, in boodmo site i received an update that my package was received at the faculty at 8:52 am and was out for delivery at 10:52 am But courier service detail is not mentioned like the address, contact details etc. are not mentioned on boodmo website. I tried to contact Boodmo's official phone no 1141189222 (mentioned on the website), but it's not working. At 7:09 pm 02/02/2026 i received a call from 7973731508 from a Delhivery delivery partner of the Delhivery centre Patiala centre, Iti Road, Near 24 no Phatak, Majathia Enclave, Patiala, regarding the package. I told him that I would reach the shipment address in approx 10 minutes from my location to the shipment address But he is so impatient. he leaved the place. When I reached the shipment address, When i call him, he sent another unknown location and tell he would deliver the package to that address. which is different from shipement address. On 03/02/2026, somehow I found the Delhivery centre Patiala, but they can,t provide a resolution. This is not the first time. They have been doing it for a long time. I attached a document other consumer review on Justdial regarding this centre about their unprofessional behaviour. There's no resolution mechanism in boodmo (Smart Parts Online Private Limited, Unit Nos. 1609 & 1610, 16th floor, Magnum Global Park, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector - 58, Gurugram, Haryana, 122011) and Delhivery (Plot 5,sector 44 Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001). i request that a strict action take against them. so in future, they can't harrased any other consumers.
