My name is Mohammad Ajmatulla Khan. I am writing to strongly object to the handling of my Complete Mobile Protection claim (Claim ID: CLAFLK665705481684735).
I provided clear photographs and details of the physical damage during the initial inspection. Your team reviewed these images and explicitly requested a ₹1,500 processing fee, which I paid in good faith. Only after picking up my phone and holding it for 15 days did your team declare the device "Beyond Economic Repair" (exceeding 40% cost).
If the visual damage clearly indicated a high repair cost, your team should not have collected the processing fee. Forcing me to choose between an insufficient refund of ₹7369 or returning my phone while forfeiting my ₹1,500 is a deceptive and unfair trade practice.
I demand that my mobile be returned to me immediately along with a full refund of the ₹1,500 processing fee.
