On 04.05.2026, I applied for a 'Zero Dep' car insurance policy for my Grand i10 (2019 model) from Royal Sundaram Insurance via PolicyBazaar and made a payment of ₹9,182. I also completed the KYC process (Ref. ID 1167732466) on the same day. On 10.05.2026, I was asked to submit a photograph of the car's original registration document, which I did within the stipulated time. However, the company has not yet issued the policy to me. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, as my car's insurance expired on 04.05.2026. I have also attached details regarding the issue faced with PolicyBazaar.
