Dear Support team,
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the mishandling of my flight booking made through MakeMyTrip. I successfully booked the tickets and completed the payment. However, after the transaction was completed, I received an email stating that the itinerary could not be issued due to a technical error and that I should book with another airline instead. This response is completely unacceptable.
The purpose of this booking was to bring my family to attend a conference, and I had also arranged my travel plan in the same airline. Since my own travel itinerary is linked to this trip, it is not practical for me to book my family on a different airline. Such a solution creates unnecessary inconvenience and disrupts our travel plans.
I have contacted the customer support multiple times and repeatedly requested that the issue be resolved and the itinerary be issued. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance. Instead of addressing the problem, the representatives have continued to suggest a refund.
I find it extremely disappointing that payment was accepted, yet neither the confirmed itinerary nor the refund has been provided. This situation has caused considerable stress and inconvenience, especially given the time-sensitive nature of my travel arrangements.
I request immediate action to either:
Issue the confirmed itinerary for the booked tickets without further delay, or Process and confirm the full refund immediately if the booking cannot be honored.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear resolution at the earliest possible opportunity.
