Sub: Against the complaint Kalra Refrigeration and Electricals, 15, Sanjay Gandhi Market, BMC Chowk Jalandhar Shri Pankaj and his father whose name I do not know.
It is humbly requested that on 19.05.2026, A 1.5 ton split AC of Whirlpool Company was purchased from the said firm. The next day on 20.05.2026, the AC and the bill were delivered by the said firm at my home address. The bill of this AC is invoice number T/26-27/493 (Copy attached). On 22.05.2026, the mechanic who came to my home address to install the AC on behalf of the above firm. When the outdoor unit of this AC was checked by this mechanic and another mechanic, it was found that it was not in accordance with the specifications given by the above firm. I immediately told the mechanic to keep this AC packed like this and not to install it until the AC based on the specifications given by the said firm is provided. The mechanic of the firm went back after talking to the owner of the firm on his phone. Then I spoke to the owner of the said firm, Mr. Pankaj, and he said that you should come to his shop at 7-8 pm in the evening and then we will solve the issue. I went to the shop to solve the issue, but even after admitting his mistake, the owner of the firm kept on emotionally blackmailing me by bringing God in. Then he asked me to come to the warehouse the next day around 11-12 pm and also said that I will send the AC of whichever company you say that is compatible with the specifications on 23.05.2026, but it was not sent. I made requests on WhatsApp all day on 23.05.2026 but even after receiving such a huge amount from the said firm, the AC was not installed as per the specifications given for so many days. Even the Bajaj Finance loan of Rs. 20000 which was taken from the said firm has also been manipulated on a large scale. Please take strict action against the said firm and impose a fine of ten times the total cost of the AC of Rs. 38080 and give me justice soon. In this regard, I will submit all the evidence whenever the Honorable Court asks for it.
