Regarding refund of my Canceled flight

I have booked flight from Bengaluru to Varanasi through Goibibo.
Flight Date: 03/07/2026
PNR: X3VEWL
The flight was canceled by Akasa Airlines due to operational reasons and they have refunded the amount Rs.5791 to Goibibo on 30/06/2026.But Goibibo is refusing to refund the money and telling me that they have not received any amount from the airline company.
I have the refund receipt provided by the akasa airline.
