Dear Sir,

My name is Nidhi Bhatore and My Contact No is 787********** and I have done a self KYC initiative from the Jio App and recharge from Phone pe of Rs 299 on 30th December 2024 screenshot attached.

Sim not Started so i request JIO Team on Mail and On call also but payment not refund since last 15th Days.

I have already told jio Customer care Team and visited the store also and they told me that refund will initiate automatically and it's 15th January and I have recharged on 30th December and I have started working with Vodafone again for this number 787*********.

as you have already contacted to the Jio team, now you have only one option i.e. file a case in the Consumer Forum.

The process is very simple, you need to create an account in Consumer Commission E-Filing Application

After the verification, you need to upload 4 main files and supporting files.

1) Affidavit
2) Memo of Parties
3) Index
4) Events

And supporting documents like Addhar Card, Bills etc... (Depending upon the Event file)

The forum will review your case and files and update you accordingly.

In Consumer Forum, your documentation part should be strong.
