Hi sir /madam,
I have booked order in ajio online shopping platform.. The order id is FN2807701165 and SHIPMENT I'D is j344924143655103. In this order they have to deliver the 5 products(dresses ) . But they packed the one product (dress) and stick with the label of 5 dresses amount... I paid all 5 dresses amount.. So i am asking the missed items or refund amount of missed items. But ajio customer team not responding to solve the issue and also they are not investigating and taking it to forward again. So please help me with the solution regarding this issue. The attached dresses images are missed in the delivered package... So i want refund of these 4 dresses.
