We ordered using the following order id in swiggy instamart and made the payment through gpay(Rs.527) deducted, but we didnt get otp and the items were not delivered. we checked the app and found that refund will happen in 10 days as per the snapshot below

But so far we have not got the items and the money is still deducted from the gpay as show below.
Little later, again we ordered for Rs.500 and got the items. this is the 2nd order for which Rs.500 is deducted.
