As a user of Jio Airfiber and a student, I initially decided to transition to a private network for better speed. However, I now regret my choice of Jio services, as it has been eight days since I submitted a complaint, yet no one has come to address the issue. I even visited my local Jio office, but the staff claimed they were attempting to resolve it, without any results. During these past eight days, I have been unable to attend my lectures; who will take responsibility for that? I consistently pay my bills on time, so why am I not receiving the corresponding benefits? This is a significant concern, and I urge you to resolve it as soon as possible.
