I have ordered lehenga from Deepra store on whatsapp for 4999/- on october 15, 2025. I wanted to give them proper time for perfect stitching. I texted them after 27 days, but there is no response from their end. I have been contacting them continuously and they replied on november 16th that sticthing process is going on, which is a false update. I texted them again after 10 days for order update, they didnot respond to my texts and calls. After repeated calls and texts they have replied on december 2nd that they ran out of fabric and they currently have the fabric with them. They promised to deliver lehenga by December 15th. I tried contacting them after 15th december as my product was not delivered to me, as usual, there was no response from their end. I tried a lot to reach them through calls and texts but there is no response and update from their end. From past 2 months, i have been going through lot of emotional stress due to this and I developed a condition called Anaphylaxis due to lot of emotional stress caused by Deepra Store. It is the base minimum courtesy to update the customers which Deepra store failed to do.
