I am writing this regarding my undelivered order. I have booked a Egate Duster 5x Automatic Projector on July 4th. Its was shipped on July 07 from Delhi and reached Batala on July 09 which is nearest hub from my address, it's still not delivered to me and product got out for delivery from 3 day since 9th of July. They have consistently denying that product isn't received in Qadian which is my local office of E-Kart. They updated reason for not delivering order that customer rescheduled the delivery but we didn't received any call from them. Even we called them so many times to get the update. Today morning, I have called the person in Batala to get the update, they told me that the product is lost from there. Right now lost status not updated on system but I already called them to know the recent update. I have already made a payment for this order. Right now product price goes up from 9500 when i order to 12000. I made this payment through my credit card and bill generated, I have to made a payment for the same. My product also lost and i have to pay for it. I made payment before receiving order because I trust the e-commerce platform but logistics partner not doing their job with full attention and because of it customer trust weakness and I am unable to trust the logistics partner anymore.
