1. That the Complainant, Mr. Amit, S/o Sh. Rajveer (registered owner of the said vehicle), had issued a legal notice dated 16 April 2026 to the Noticees namely:
A. The Managing Director/Authorized Signatory Maruti Suzuki India Limited Registered Office: Plot No. 1, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070
B. The General Manager/Authorized Signatory Fair deal Maruti Suzuki (Authorized Dealer) D-393, D Block, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
C. The General Manager/Authorized Signatory DEV MOTORS, Maruti Suzuki (Authorized Dealer) Vishwakarma Rd, near Hanuman Mandir, Sector 49, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304, regarding serious defects in his vehicle and wrongful denial of warranty claims.
2. That the said legal notice was duly dispatched to all concerned parties at their correct addresses through proper mode, and delivery receipts confirm that the notice was served.
3. That despite successful service of the legal notice, no reply or remedial action has been taken by the Noticees within the stipulated time period, reflecting their negligent and non-cooperative conduct.
4. That as per the delivery report, one of the Noticees, namely Dev Motors, Sector 49, Noida, deliberately refused to accept the legal notice, which amounts to deemed service in the eyes of law.
5. That the failure of the Noticees to respond or act upon the legal notice demonstrates their intention to evade liability and deny the legitimate claims of the Complainant.
6. That the cause of action continues to subsist in favour of the Complainant due to the ongoing deficiency in service, breach of contract, and unfair trade practices committed by the Noticees.
