I've purchased my washing machine through Flipkart and I've taken insurance from jeeves on the Flipkart app . My washing machine showed problem and I've registered my complaint on 22/05/2026 and then on 24 their tecnician didn't visited or even contacted me and he'd mentioned that I've not received his call . Then after my continuous call to jeeves they've sended their technician on 03/06/2026 and he placed an order of a kit and they've told me to wait 7-10 days and your problem will be solved , but till now even after 21 days and a total duration of more than a month they're not correctly responding to my problem and whenever I try to contact them they tell me to wait for 24-48 hours but every time I wait and there's nothing happened. One thing more disappointing is that their technician had mentioned that he had visited my home on 18/06/2026 and placed an order of another kit without even visiting my house he'd placed a false update. Kindly look into my matter I need a solution please.
