Dear Sir,
I booked an online order for photo painting (Golden flowers and Waves canvas painting) to Vibecrafts on 5th october 2026.The product dispatched by their store Wishbag online Pvt Ltd, is not as per item displayed on their site , on the basis of which I made the demand.
The payment was also made COD, but their customers care is totally inactive, no dedicated phone, neither any response.
Plz instruct them to either make the replacement as per specification mention or make the return of my money paid.The details are attached. Invoice details
