Dear sir/Madam,
I am Gopal Rajyaguru rise Complain with Paytm and Sanjay travels Nagpur.
I booked a ticket on 08/10/26 through paytm app of Sanjay travels Nagpur for Nagpur to Mumbai of 2 passengers with travel date 15/11/26.
On 9th October26 try to cancel this but there is massage see"Ticket not cancellable " but during ticket booking process there is no such option see(As each ticket cancellable with deduction policy) but this ticket is nonrefundable/not cancellable during booking need to option "This ticket is nonrefundable "..you want to book Yes/No..
I call paytm but there is no option to talk direct representative and I also call to Sanjay travel Nagpur they asked ticket is nonrefundable/not cancellable and not ready to cancel.
