I am extremely disappointed with the service and material quality provided by Regalo Kitchen.
Wrong measurements and plumbing points have made it impossible to install my RO in the kitchen.
Despite repeated calls to Mr. Sunil Rawat (technical person), he has not visited or responded for over 8–10 days.
Nearly 50% of the cabinet doors do not close properly, which is unacceptable for a brand claiming quality.
Even after raising concerns in the WhatsApp group created for this project, no one from the team (including Aryan – sales, and Rishabh – branch manager, Patapad Gang) has taken responsibility or replied.
After registering a complaint on their support number, they issued me a service request number. It has now been 20 days, and no one has called or visited.
This lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and defective material has caused serious inconvenience to my family. Based on my experience, I believe Regalo Kitchen is completely unreliable and fraudulent in their commitments.
