My name is IRA KOHLI R/O wz-409 c gali no 1 janak park hari nagar delhi 110064 mobile no is 9310805252, I have bought third party DIGIT CAR insurance policy through POLICYBAZAAR.COM mobile application. initially i fill my car details DL4CAQ8945, After doing this , all the details of above mention car , including the name of its owner , appear on the policy bazaar app.
Now POLICYBAZAAR.COM app next instruction is to choose the insurance company and finally i choose DIGIT INSURANCEE .
Now his next instruction was that I have to make a payment of Rs 4031, which I made through my SBM Bank credit card.
After that POLICYBAZAAR.COM asked me to fill his proposal form which I had to fill online only , then I had filled my pan details, my Aadhar details and other car related detail which was written in the Registration Certificate of of the vehicle No. DL4CAQ8945.
After that an insurance copy is sent to me through POLICYBAZAAR.COM via WhatsApp on which the policy that came to me was of some another car HUNDAI i10 bearing no DL8CAQ8945. On which I sent them a request through the app that the details of my vehicle has wrong in insurance policy Please correct it.
But on this I got a call back from POLICYBAZAAR.COM customer care and they refused to fix it and also refused to refund my money. by saying that it is possible that while entering the vehicle number by mistake, 8 might have been entered instead of 4 and this is your mistake. Therefore, we cannot help you in this matter and will not give you your money.
Sir, the money POLICYBAZAAR.COM had taken from me for DIGIT INSURANCE in the initial stage prior to send proposal form to me , I had given for car no. DL4CAQ8945. it is therefore request that kindly get my money back.
