That soon after purchase, the product/service was found to be defective / unsatisfactory (explain briefly what went wrong).
That the complainant contacted the Opposite Party for refund of the paid amount.
That instead of refunding the money, the Opposite Party sheen is forcing the complainant to accept a coupon/voucher, which is against the complainant’s wish.
That this amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Even they charges 100rs extras for return shipment.
