I am writing to formally raise a complaint again MakeMyTrip regarding my bus booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore scheduled on 6 May 2026.

The original boarding point for the bus was Gachibowli, Hyderabad. However, just a few hours before departure, the bus driver contacted me and informed me that the pickup location had been changed to Mehdipatnam, which was approximately 10 km away from the original boarding point. I was also informed that the bus would be delayed.

Considering the situation and to avoid missing the journey, I travelled to Mehdipatnam at my own expense. After reaching there, I waited for nearly two hours. Later, the bus driver informed me that the bus would not be picking passengers from that location due to further delays and assured me that the bus fare as well as the additional commute expenses incurred because of the pickup point change would be refunded.

Based on this assurance, I raised a support ticket with MakeMyTrip and submitted the required documents. However, the complaint was rejected without proper resolution, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Due to this incident:

  • I incurred unnecessary commute expenses.
  • My travel plan was completely disrupted.
  • An entire day was wasted because of the inconvenience caused.
I request MakeMyTrip to urgently review this matter and initiate:

  1. Full refund of the bus fare.
  2. Reimbursement of the additional commute charges incurred due to the last-minute pickup point change.
I have attached all the relevant documents and proofs for your reference.

I request you to look into this issue seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
