I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order placed through the KFC Application today at approximately 12:00 PM.
Despite an estimated delivery time of 1:52 PM, the order has not been delivered. Shockingly, the application continues to show a "will be delivered" status, which is entirely misleading.
Issues Faced:
1.Lack of Support: I have contacted your customer support team three times via telephone. Despite these calls, no resolution has been provided, and the team has failed to initiate my refund.
2.Inapp Support Failure: The support feature within the KFC application was unhelpful and did not address the non-delivery.
3.Financial & Personal Stress: This experience has resulted in a complete wastage of my time and energy. I have been left waiting to satisfy my hunger while my hard-earned money remains stuck with KFC due to no fault of my own.
