I have Ordered an Boat 141 ANC airdopes fro Swiggy Instamart. But when I recieved the product one of the side of bud was not working. So I returned it back. I ordered through cash on delivery. So they ask to fill NEFT. I filled it they said within 5 to 7 days it will be reflected. I have purchased on 21 October. I have raised a complaint to there team regarding. But there is no response from there side. They are saying that be patient. Why should I be patient they are holding my money more than 15 days. Because of this I got depressed. I want to refund. Immediately in 2 times because they have not refunded on time
