I am Meghna Rahman , I purchased a test series worth 12000 from aakash
institute. I didn't get my admit card and couldn't give exams which was harrassing .
I was told that I have not paid but I did , I showed them bank statement. The
counselor alloted to me said that I'll get the refund in 45 working days. But I didn't
for 2 months they are stringing me along. I cannot focus on my studies,they are
highly unprofessional staff who don't have students best interest on their mind. I
was supposed to get it today but ultimately they are telling me now that the
refund has not been approved but I was told IT WAS APPROVED on 8th of April
2026. They have mentally harassed me . I want my money back. They couldn't
provide me with the promised services at all neither a basic admit card nor the money. A week ago they asked for all my chats with the counselor assigned to me, I sent those but no reply . All they could say was that my matter is resolved . They have scammed me real good. I was told to get the money back I need to enroll again so I did , they said if I don't do this I won't get any money . Now they are saying I won't get it because I have enrolled. I sent so many mails to them no good response. They just took my money and gave no service. They have zero accountability in them. What should I do now?
