ON dated 23rd May, 2026 I have requested AC service from Reliance digital ResQ app for which Payment was made online. On 25th May,2026 SR was cancelled by Reliance digital technician's payment was not shown due to issue in their application. I haven't received my refund since then. I have tried multiple times to reach to reliance digital customer care and ResQ customer care but haven't received any positive response for the same. Their team is not able to help due to lack of knowledge or communication gaps in their system.
