I have requested M/S Deccan Clap (India) PVT Ltd., Manjeera Trinity Corporate, Beside Lulu Mall, KPHB Phase-3, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500085 to submit quotation for the work of Cool Coating and Damp proof painting for my flat No. 502, Ashish Orchids, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad -500029. They have given estimation for Rs 28000/- vide 1153 Dt 11.5.2025. As per payment conditions, I have paid Rs 16000/- (2800+13200) through PhonePe on 13.5.25. I asked them the period of completion through their whatsapp group. They replied that the work will be completed within 3 days and start the work on 14.5.25. But they have not started the work and informed orally that there was labour problem and will start on 15.5.25. But they have not taken up the work. On 17.5.25, they postponed to 19.5.25. I informed them that they postponed work due weather conditions, but these days were sunny days. When enquired on 19.5.25, it was informed that team started to my location. But no team has come. Hence I requested them to refund the amount with a clause that the primary work was delayed, how can i trust them for warranty period work vide emails Dt 19.5.25 & 21.5.25. They informed that the team will be sent on 24.5.25, if not started, the amount will be refunded. But the work was not started. I have given complaint in National Consumer Helpline. The NCH has referred the matter to Company. But there is no action from Company. The NCH has issued 1st reminder on 10.6.25
