I wish to lodge a complaint against Eureka Forbes regarding the unreasonable delay in the pickup of a returned product and the refund of my payment.I had placed an order for an Aquaguard Water Purifier. Before the product was delivered, I requested cancellation of the order. However, despite my cancellation request, the company proceeded with the delivery.
Details of the Complaint:
Despite registering a return request and making several follow-ups through emails and customer care, the company has neither arranged the pickup of the product nor processed my refund. I have not received any satisfactory response regarding the status of my complaint.
