I, Rishi Saxena, father of Vihaan Saxena, had approached your school for nursery admission for my son. At the time of inquiry and discussion, I was informed that my child would attend two days of demo classes. Accordingly, my son attended the school only on 4th and 5th February 2026 as demo classes. During this demo period, Neelkanth Kidzee asked me to pay the first installment of ₹19,000. On 5th February 2026, I paid ₹10,000 (UPI Transaction ID: 640276516557) to the school. However, I would like to bring the following to your notice: The admission form was never filled or submitted by us. No fee receipt was provided for the amount paid. My child attended only demo classes on 4th and 5th February 2026. The admission process was not completed. Due to personal reasons, I decided not to proceed with the admission, as the admission was never finalized and no formal documentation was completed. I have repeatedly requested Neelkanth Kidzee to refund the paid amount of ₹10,000 through telephonic conversations and personal visits from 09/02/2026 till date. I have also sent multiple emails to customer care and the school authority dated 10/02/2026, 17/02/2026, 19/02/2026, and 20/02/2026. On 19/02/2026, I received a reply from Zee Learn (Ms. Pooja Jedgule – pooja.jedgule@zeelearn.com) stating: "With reference to the discussion with our team, as informed by the BP, the amount is non-refundable." Due to the above matter, I am extremely worried, mentally stressed, and highly dissatisfied with the school’s policies and approach. The lack of transparency, non-issuance of receipt, and refusal to refund despite incomplete admission has caused me significant inconvenience and mental harassment. I once again request you to kindly reconsider the matter and process the refund of ₹10,000 at the earliest.
