i ordered organisers from Meesho on 11 August whose deliver date was 20 August but i didn't receive it. Despite raising complaint and demanding cancellation of order, nothing is being done from their side. I just want my money back. The order id of my purchase is 186524085361283328
 
  1. Raise a Refund Request Again
    • Open the Meesho app → Orders → Select Order ID: 186524085361283328 → Help → Raise Refund/Return Request.
    • Take screenshots of the order details, delivery date, and complaint raised earlier.
  2. Escalate to Meesho Customer Support
    • Email: help@meesho.com
    • Mention:
      • Order ID
      • Date of order (11 Aug)
      • Non-delivery proof (screenshot showing “expected by 20 Aug” but still pending).
    • Request refund of ₹210 immediately.
  3. Social Media Escalation
    • Post on Twitter/X, tagging @Meesho_Official with screenshots.
    • Companies usually act quickly when complaints are public.

    • Call: 1800-11-4000 or file online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
    • Attach screenshots of order, complaint raised, and non-refund.
  2. Consumer Court (District Forum)
    • File under Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for:
      • Deficiency in service (non-delivery).
      • Unfair trade practice (taking money, not delivering).
    • Relief: Refund + Compensation (₹2,000–₹10,000 possible depending on inconvenience and mental harassment).
