My son has joined the spoken English classs provided by planetspark on 11 th Aug.my son have joined a video conferencing session with teacher Vaishali. She convinced me and I have paid 4000 rupees for spoken English class with teacher or mentor Kamna.They both vaishnavi kamna teacher were saying that the class will start next Wednesday on 13 August .But on that day, the class did not take place.
Even on that week the class also not take place.But those two teachers had scheduled my son's class today on Wednesday.Even today the class didn't take place.On the video conferencing session mentor kamna told me if any problem occurs they refund my money.My son hasnot consumed any classes.They don't provide any classes.when I told them to refund my money suddenly their behaviour changed.I have already mailed to the customer care.They raised a ticket but didn't reply and closed .
