Sir my name is vikas verma. On 09 Aug 26 i ordered a tv xiomi 32 inch on hdfc bank debit card emi of Rs 11626. The order was not placed but my debit card emi account created so i called flipkart they said there is no confirmation of payment by the bank so they not initiate a refund. Then i talk to hdfc bank relationship manager, they said when fliokart initiate a refund then bank will cancel the debit card emi. I was file complain on hdfc and flipkart mail. But nobody helps me to solve my problem. Please kindly request you to help me and solve the issue.
