I purchased the split AC from the dealer on 28-02-2026. Just after running for 3-4 days in the month of April, it broke down. a technician from the authorized servicing agent came and found indoor unit PCB as non- functional. It was replaced within a few days and this time, outdoor unit PCB found to be non - functional. After it was replaced, it just ran for 1(one) day and broke down once again. It has been lying unattended for the last 15 (Fifteen) days. Such is the poor state of post sale service from the company in this hot summer days. In addition to price of the AC, additional Rs. 10000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) is demanded for harassment.
