I have ordered an Fastrack watch for men orderid- 406-8455433-0475559
It's was damaged so I have returned the product to AMAZON DELIVERY agent back ..it's been 15 days over the orders picked up from my end,but still refund is not done
If I connect with Amazon customer support they are not evn responding properly for my concern
This issue is not getting resolved, I will have no choice but to raise my concerns with the consumer court and take further legal action.
I have sent an email to Amazon as well and keeping this mail.
I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
