Hey, I’m really hoping you can help me out with a refund issue I’m having with Amazon.
Long story short: i ordered a green white shoes but eventually received a grey white one . My order was officially marked as 'lost in transit' after I successfully returned it to the delivery partner. But they still haven't given me my money back! I’ve been chasing them for ages and just getting stuck in a loop with their support chat.
I actually tried to file a complaint on the e-Jagriti portal myself, but the process is a nightmare. They are asking for so many specific legal documents (like an Index, Memo of Parties, and Affidavits) and I have no idea how to prepare those properly.
I’m really eager to just get this sorted. I have all the proofs and tracking details ready. Could you please take a look and let me know what I should do? Please send the document formats so I can just fill them out. I'm totally stuck.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to cs-reply@amazon.in outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to process the Refund.

If not received any reply from the Amazon support team, escalate the issue with Grievance Officer at grievance-officer@amazon.in

You can also send your feedback via registered post at Amazon Head Office

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Amazon a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
