I purchased a LG refrigerator from Amazon on 23 Sep 2025 my order no. is 171-8887135-7147530. I paid for it using a credit card but my product has been cancelled by the seller and my product has not been delivered to me yet but my EMI has started. I am having a continuing conversation with a senior associate at Amazon, Amazon is unable to cancel my order and I have not received my refund yet. Please file a chargeback so that I get my refund and my EMI is stopped.
It seems that Amazon executive is unable to cancel my order or refund my amount. My waiting time is getting over now. Looks like I need to take my complaint to the next level.
