Hi,

This is regarding service request SR000034L5M1.

Despite multiple follow ups and calling jio's customer care multiple times, my issue has not been resolved.

Apart from this, why is the responsibility on the customer? Why are there no follow ups from the jio team itself?

And customer care number is also just a pain. Why can I not speak to an agent directly? Why can I not request a call back? And even when I am able to get in touch with an agent, i am having to repeat my issue. I have done this about 10 times now. With no resolution.

Please send my refund as soon as possible. And do a better job for your customers. For a company that's supposedly as big as yours, this is honestly shameful.

Email I had sent to jio on 26th April :
I had recently applied to get JioFiber connection. While making the payment, I had to end up paying twice due to some communication mismatch on your end. I have attached the transaction screenshot made through UPI for your reference. I assume you have the details of the final transaction that I had done through my credit card. I was told by your technician that the amount would be refunded to me.
