I had a jio fiber connection with jiofixed voice number +91911723156205 and I had placed a relocation request from panchkula sector 16 to panchkula sector 15 on 21st March with connection date as 22nd March 2026.
On 22nd March I received call from local jio person that he will visit to collect the old device and setup new connection at sector 15 but no person visited on 22nd March.
On 23rd March I receive a call that JioFiber is not available at panchkula sector 15 and jio airfiber will be installed and he promised. But later I got a call that JioairFiber also can't be installed as it is a single floor premises and my booking amount will be refunded to me.
Later I contacted airtel fiber and got it installed since I have no other choice.
Now I have raised to JioFiber customer care since last one month but no response received. Please arrange to refund of the booking amount on priority and uninstall the connection.
Very poor response from jio team.
