I am writing to formally escalate my refund issue regarding Order ID: 406-3690005-3122725 for Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro (₹10,089).
The product was duly picked up by Amazon’s logistics partner, and I handed over the original item exactly as delivered. However, I was recently informed that the refund was denied on the grounds that the returned product was not the same item.
This is completely incorrect and unjustified. I returned the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro that I received. It appears there has been a warehouse-level verification error or a mismatch during internal handling.
I therefore request that you:
Reopen the return investigation under “Wrong Return Received.”
Review pickup and warehouse footage/scans for the parcel associated with this return.
Issue the refund of ₹10,089 after due verification, as per Amazon’s buyer protection and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
