I, Sourav Das, has ordered a Vivo T4 Lite 5G (Titanium Gold 2026) and also a KWINE CASE Anti Yellow Back Cover vide Order Id: OD438884633534395100 of Total Value Rs. 14,683.00 on 14/10/2026 at around 9PM from Flipkart but due to wrong model no. entered in the exchange product, I cancelled the order immediately to freshly place an order. But it is very sorry to say that from that day to till date even after several communication with Flipkart representatives I couldn't get my refund. They are often misleading me by saying to wait 24 to 48 Hrs. but everytime after waiting no result happens.
Hence, please do the necessary action to refund my money as soon as possible from Flipkart.
