I had applied for Jio fibre air connection on 12 September, but because of not got proper service of installation. I had cancel my request until the date. I didn’t get the refund amount that I had paid for connection. The amount is 2121.63 approx I had mail Jio fibre care continuously only they are just replying on the mail, not at all. Solve my issue. No refund has come in my bank account. No complaint number is there. No physical talk with customer care person. Just reply. Replying on mail and not satisfied reply. No thing is happening.
