Subject- Private coaching institute not refunding my fee

Sir/madam
I am Bishal Tudu,the Complainant ,writing this Complaint to you.
I had a few months ago on 16th August 2024 enrolled in an coaching institution .
Overall fee was 50000 Rupees as I applied for financial assistance.
The enrollment fee paid by me was 10000 Rupees on 16th August 2024, via QR code send by them and rest 40000 was to be paid by me on 4th Day of every month Rupees 5714 in next 7 installment.


In the month of 4th September 2024 , Rupees 5714 Rupees got debited from my account, which was undoubtedly debited from my account to Testbook office Account, as there was an Autopay system .
They did not inform me Regarding non Refundable policy before payment.

Because of some reason like I would not like to continue - a)Not delivering books after expired date .
b)Delaying to give responses of my messages.
c) unusual behavior of the Support team like Not calling me on the time scheduled .
I requested for a refund from an coaching institution, legal notice had been send, But
They gave a negative reply,And then I made a legal approach to consumers court.
They have disturbed me for nearly 45 Days through continuous Automatic calls .


I demand from Testbook to Refund back my original Sum i.e Rupees 15714 back to my bank account along with a Compensation of Indian Rupees ₹ 350000(3
Lakh Fifty Thousand only) for Time lose and mental harassment e.g Continous calls and often through Messages which has caused mental agony.
