I am a excitel broadband user Since past 1.5 years, Recently on 28th Oct 25, the Wifi was not working i raised a complaint on their App, there was no resolution for almost 2 days, Later i called to the call centre on 040-69656965 and explained that the wifi was not working they tried to fix on call but it wasnt resolved, Than they gave commitment to resolve the issue by evening later 24 hours, I had done multiple calls to fix this but there was no positive response. By today its 10th day without internet connection and these people don't understand the seriousness.
On 2nd Nov i raised a ticket for termination of the connection since there was no response from Excitel, After multiple follow ups and call to call centre today at 5.07pm i got a call from retention team, and she is completely unaware of the issue and just kept mentioning use the service till June, Refund will not be processed because it was a prepaid plan. She was rude, unprofessional. and denied refund and abruptly disconnected the call.
I had renewed my subscription paying in prepaid of Rs.6357rs for one year validity is till June 2026.
I WANT REFUND OF THE PAID AMT I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH SUCH A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER.
