Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint against Sangeeta Mobiles regarding the non-refund of my cancelled order.
I had ordered a Redmi 14C 5G 4GB 128GB Stargaze Black
MZB0HYBIN mobile phone through the Sangeeta Mobiles website on 01st May 2026. However, due to delays and lack of updates, I contacted customer care multiple times (at least ten times). Each time, I was given the same response—to wait for 24 hours for an update—but no progress has been made.

After repeated unsuccessful follow-ups, I requested the cancellation of my order and a refund of the paid amount. Despite this, I am still being told that the concerned account staff is unavailable and that I should wait another 24 hours. This response has been repeated several times without any actual resolution.
It is disappointing that even after multiple attempts, there has been no proper update or action taken on my request. This delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
I request you to kindly:
1. Process my refund immediately.
2. Provide a clear status update with a confirmed timeline.
