I recently ordered in meesho Order id #216711159368356096, On Nov 12th 2025 in Meesho app its showing delivered on Nov 8th 2025 but i dint receive the the product, product price was 390/- where as partial amount i paid tru meesho balance 262 and rest i hd given Cash on Delivery.
I raised complaint tru Meesho Customer support on 12th Nov 2025 they told me to wait n i did wait till Nov 17th 2025 i dint get any update from them, i called their Customer Support on Nov 17th 2025 they again told the same "we will look into it kindly wait".
Today (19/11/2025) when i went check complaint status in Meesho its showing closed. I reached their Customer Support today they are like "Refund initiated on Nov 17th to your Meesho balance" when i tell them my meesho balance is 0 i dint get any refund they are not giving proper respond just repeatedly telling "Refund initiated on Nov 17th to your Meesho balance" and here and there they are chanung the dates of refund one tells 17th Nov and other one tells 12th Nov.
I have sent a mail to meesho regarding the issue dint get any response from them yet.
I dono how to proceed further kindly help me with it.
