I ordered three VELLURE shirts (Blue, Brown, and Pink) from Myntra under Order No. 133196641803104179203. As per the invoice, all three shirts were included in the same order and package (Pack ID: 1000036252811).

However, when the package was delivered, I received only one shirt, and it was the wrong colour (Cream instead of the Brown shirt ordered). The other two shirts (Blue and Pink) were completely missing from the package.

Myntra investigated the matter and approved the return and refund of the wrongly delivered Cream shirt. This itself confirms that the contents of the package were incorrect. However, Myntra refused to refund ₹5,362 for the two missing shirts, relying solely on statements from the seller and logistics partner that the parcel was "seal packed."

My complaint is not that the parcel was not delivered. I received the parcel, but it did not contain the items I had ordered. A seal-packed parcel does not prove that all ordered products were actually packed before dispatch, particularly when Myntra has already admitted that an incorrect product was delivered in the same package.

I requested the packing records, dispatch weight, delivery weight, and documentary evidence showing that all three shirts were packed before shipment. Myntra has failed to provide any such evidence and has rejected my claim without conducting a fair investigation.

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as I have been charged for products that were never delivered.

Relief Sought:

  1. Refund of ₹5,362 for the two missing VELLURE shirts.
  2. Compensation for the mental harassment, inconvenience, and time spent pursuing this matter.
  3. Direction to Myntra to produce proper packing and dispatch records and conduct a fair investigation based on documentary evidence rather than unsupported claims.
