The hotel’s receipt clearly states that cancellation charges are 50% if cancelled up to 5 days before check‑in.I cancelled on 08/06/26, which is within the 5‑day window. As per policy, I am entitled to a 50% refund (₹2850). However, the hotel is refusing to refund any amount, claiming the advance is non‑refundable.
