I have purchased CAMPUS HURRICANE Running Shoes For Men and returned due to quality was not good and requested for refund. The Flipkart app showing refund amount send to my UPI linked account but my account doesn't reflect the refund amount, i talked to my bank but they told no such refund amount credited with given reference number by Flipkart 528535753453.
For this issue I contact to Flipkart customer care but they are saying refund amount send to my bank when I asked give me proof of same they denied and further no escalation for my grievance.
